Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant Specialist at Swain Community Hospital in Bryson City, NC. As a member of our medical staff, you will provide direct and non-direct personal care to patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including the medical/surgical unit, and will be responsible for performing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with bathing and dressing, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. • Provide direct and non-direct personal care to patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care.
• Perform tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with bathing and dressing, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
• Work in a variety of settings, including the medical/surgical unit.

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Current listing as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the state of North Carolina Division of Facility Services with no substantiated findings of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of property in a facility that provides Nursing Care.
