Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Manage processes to drive sales growth and meet organizational goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check
