  • Answer phone calls according to established standards.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously over the phone.
  • Take room service orders in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist servers and host/hostess in serving guests as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation quality of menus.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
