Job Responsibilities:As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities
- Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions
- Performing resident intakes and documenting medical histories
- Helping with medication administration and tracking
- Cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Tracking medical records and charts
- Assisting with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintaining medical supplies and inventory
- Following resident care plans and working with staff to orient and train new colleagues
To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll need:
- A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
