Resident Care Manager

Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Resident Care Manager to join their client's Assisted Living Facility team in Everett, WA. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, manage, and allocate nursing resources effectively.
- Ensure staff have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings.
- Assist with the training and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role).
- BSN.
- At least 1 year of previous Leadership / Supervisory experience.
- Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Transitional Care experience.
- Medical, Dental, Vision.
