Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Promote a highly satisfied customer experience by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, updating associates on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor all associates on policies and procedures, provide recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance, and maintain and monitor cash controls including change fund.
- Operational Excellence: Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimized coverage at the frontline and sales floor, audit and approve paperwork, and maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the frontline.
- Merchandising and Loss Prevention: Maintain and uphold merchandising standards within the queue-line, adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures, and ensure proper and timely handling of damages and Mark out of Stock.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
- Availability: Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service skills, able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations, and able to train and provide direction to others.

This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
