Your role will involve ensuring adherence to all relevant Sollis policies as well as applicable State and Federal regulations, standards, and guidelines, while striving to maintain precision and thoroughness.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process

  • Deliver exceptional service to facilitate the onboarding of new hires at Sollis Health, including corporate, administrative, and clinical staff, ensuring completion of all required documentation in our onboarding and HRIS systems as well as with external partners.
  • Initiate and oversee the background verification process for all incoming employees.
  • Gather and process I9 documentation and submit it to E-Verify.
  • Collect health clearance documents from employees and collaborate with regional medical teams for necessary approvals.
  • Evaluate existing onboarding and credentialing workflows and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Credentialing Duties

  • Manage the credentialing process for all providers, including verification of educational background, training, and primary source verification.
  • Conduct queries with the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and other relevant national databases to gather provider information and malpractice history.
  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Directors to verify skills credentialing during the onboarding process and throughout the internal skills credentialing procedures post-hire.
  • Ensure that ACP Practice and Collaborative Agreements are processed internally and that all state requirements are fulfilled for new hires and renewals.
  • Maintain an ongoing monitoring system and database for provider licenses, certifications, and renewal dates, proactively reaching out to employees for updated documentation.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations concerning risk management in credentialing.
  • Support any provider or credentialing projects or initiatives that may arise.

Licensing Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors and/or state or professional boards to secure new licenses or certifications for providers and manage renewal submissions as required.

Collaborative Efforts

  • Assist in launching and maintaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) training course offerings within Sollis' Learning Management System in partnership with the broader People Operations team.
  • Track CME and Professional Development reimbursements for providers while aiding in policy improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for providers regarding any general inquiries throughout their tenure at Sollis.
  • Provide backup HRIS support to the HR Generalist as necessary.
  • Offer general project support to the People team as needed.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Credentialing is required.
  • Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and medical credentialing and privileging procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and auditory.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually.

This is the anticipated salary range that Sollis Health reasonably expects to offer candidates for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, industry background, and education.
