POSITION SUMMARY

As a vital member of the production team, your role will involve engaging in manual tasks along the assembly line. You will be tasked with operating and troubleshooting production line equipment, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process. This position necessitates the ability to stand for extended periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate machinery, tools, and computer systems on the production line.
  • Execute equipment changeovers efficiently.
  • Utilize mobile equipment to support production timelines and needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tools.
  • Ensure equipment is powered down and secured when not in operation.
  • Adhere to detailed assembly instructions, processes, and protocols.
  • Communicate any issues regarding quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor.
  • Conduct all tasks in compliance with quality standards and established safety regulations.
  • Provide practical job function training to colleagues as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in the safe use of hand tools.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skilled in following established processes and instructions.
