- Preferred qualifications in fashion or textile design.
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and planning capabilities.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive accountability for results.
- Experience in coaching and developing staff to enhance performance.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and maintain prolonged standing.


Compensation:
Annual salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 plus bonus opportunities.
