Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified restaurant Supervisor to enhance our operations.


As a Supervisor, you will work closely with the management team, providing essential support during shifts. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, engaging with guests, and addressing any concerns that may arise.


In contrast, a Manager carries a broader scope of responsibilities, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff relations, while also being present on the floor to assist guests.


To summarize, Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining service quality while Managers handle more extensive operational duties.


Here are the qualifications we are looking for in a Front Of House Supervisor at LuLu's:

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Experience in high-volume dining establishments is preferred but not mandatory
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
