Compensation: The hourly wage for this position starts at $19.00, with potential earnings reaching up to $29.00 per hour through commission bonuses and shift differentials. Monthly commission bonuses can vary from $300 to $2000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.

  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions.
  • Conduct outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management.
