Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Provide expert guidance and training to team members on quality assurance best practices
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving quality and efficiency in logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of the basic USAF Traffic Management course
  • Completion of the Integrated Receipt Process (IRP) Course via Advanced Distributed Learning Service
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Able to operate material handling equipment
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a modern office setting with exposure to computer screens and require extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
