  • General Ledger and Financial Statements,
  • Payroll and related reporting,
  • General assistance and consultation with related matters beyond basic bookkeeping.
We offer a flexible work arrangement that allows our accountants to work from our office, at the client's office or remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and payroll reports.
• Provide general accounting assistance and consultation to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in payroll, general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience working at a CPA or bookkeeping firm is preferred.
• Formal education in Accounting (degree, college classes, certifications) is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and effective use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
