Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to enhance our operations. This role is essential in ensuring our commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process sales orders efficiently.
- Investigate and communicate the status of sales orders.
- Implement necessary changes to sales orders as requested.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Create and maintain comprehensive customer profiles.
- Identify and resolve master data issues related to sales order entry.
- Escalate customer issues to management for resolution.
- Initiate requests for information as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and sales teams.
- Provide backup support to colleagues during their absence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general office duties, particularly in order processing or data entry.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
