Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team in Hammond. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members at the teller window, assisting with account transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting members warmly, understanding their needs, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and promptly, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Proactively share information about our products and services, identifying opportunities to meet members' financial needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, cash handling, or a customer-facing role within the financial industry is preferred.
