This position is crucial for nurturing relationships within the Product Portfolio and Technology sectors to boost efficiency and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to develop a comprehensive program plan aimed at launching, delivering, and continuously enhancing processes for a suite of technology products.
  • Drive the migration to a unified toolset to promote transparency across the product portfolio.
  • Facilitate alignment of roadmaps across various products and escalate competing priorities with technology partners.
  • Define, launch, and execute communication strategies and interaction models across the product portfolio.
  • Establish OKRs at the product portfolio level to ensure alignment and focus.
  • Standardize data, value, and analytics across the product portfolio.
  • Work alongside Product Management, Design, and Technology to map outcomes and value creation to a strategic 12-18 month portfolio roadmap.
  • Continuously assess product performance within the portfolio and identify areas where costs exceed generated value, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor the product portfolio budget, forecasting, and resource planning in collaboration with Product, Design, Technology, and Finance.
  • Promote awareness and enthusiasm regarding priorities and outcomes related to the product portfolio.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies associated with product changes or launches.
  • Ensure the product portfolio team utilizes design thinking, systems thinking, and agile best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Regularly monitor and report on product management flow, including backlog health, velocity, commitment reliability, and time to market, with suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify and support opportunities for process enhancements in partnership with Product, Technology, and Business.
  • Assess training needs to facilitate the adoption of defined processes, interaction models, and tools.
  • Coordinate mentorship and training initiatives within the product portfolio.
  • Manage and enhance associate culture and engagement within the product portfolio.
  • Support the product development program by rotating Associates across the organization to cultivate product and design competencies.
  • Possess a technical background in developing highly scalable platforms, products, or services, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing large-scale digital transformation or technology initiatives, particularly in modernizing web and mobile applications, APIs, artificial intelligence, and conversational platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing agile methodologies in software engineering projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical product or project management.
  • Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and drive change.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to ongoing changes.
  • Familiarity with modern product organizations and related transformations.
  • Proficiency in complex facilitation and dependency management.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing leadership and setting expectations for large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Certifications in Design Thinking, SAFE Agilist, Lean Portfolio Management, Azure, or Product Management are preferred.

Annual Salary: $128,224,000.00

The above annual salary range serves as a general guideline. Various factors are considered to determine the final hourly rate or annual salary offered to the selected candidate, including the role's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's work experience, education, training, work location, and market and business considerations.
