Position Overview:
As a Production Assembler I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of tasks essential to our manufacturing process.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct routine assembly operations while prioritizing safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pack customer orders, verifying that all necessary parts and quantities are included.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes/containers) for orders, insert necessary protective materials, and securely seal packages upon completion.
  • Label packages clearly and correctly on the exterior.
  • Adhere to detailed instructions to meet both safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Utilize basic hand tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, torque guns, scissors, and box cutters) as required.
  • Interpret and follow detailed verbal or written instructions, including diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents.
  • Identify defective items and manage them according to established protocols.

We value teamwork; therefore, you should be prepared to collaborate with colleagues in your designated lines or groups and be flexible to assist in other areas to fulfill customer demands and complete orders.

Additional Duties:
• Operate tools to manufacture or repair components and products.
• Understand and interpret technical documents, including diagrams, schematics, and standard work instructions.
• Collaborate within a team environment to assemble products efficiently.
• Comply with all safety regulations set forth by the company and industry standards.
• Lift weights up to 50 lbs and maintain a standing position for extended periods, up to 10 hours daily.
• Employ reasoning skills to resolve issues as they arise.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Exhibit flexibility in work hours for scheduled overtime.
