We are seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our culinary team at Craddock Oil. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including menu items and specials, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

· Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, ensuring that we always have the freshest and highest-quality products available.

· Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones, ensuring that our offerings are innovative and appealing to our customers.

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

· Strong knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods, including grilling, baking, boiling, and more.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.

· Excellent physical condition and stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

· High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma or certification a plus.
