As a key member of the Jeff Kleier - State Farm Agent team, the Account Representative will play a vital role in marketing and selling financial products that manage everyday risks. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and a consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales and Marketing: Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on financial products and services offered by State Farm, and use this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a financial services representative, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills: Sound knowledge of financial legislation, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong mathematical skills, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Compensation: Salary plus commission/bonus.
