Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at a leading environmental services firm in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks with 50–100-pound drums
  • Operate motorized and manual pallet jacks and use drum carts to safely transport individual drums
  • Assist the facility manager with various operational tasks as needed
  • Help unload trailers, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
  • Handle the processing of solid non-hazardous waste, following appropriate procedures
  • Manage smaller containers by placing them on pallets and using an electrically powered shrink wrap machine for secure packaging

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including exposure to hazardous materials
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • $17.00 - $18.00/hr, depending on experience
  • Schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
