Job Description
In this exciting role as a Regulatory Complaint Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that handles appeals, grievances, and inquiries for CalPERS. You will work closely with regulatory agencies, CalPERS members, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to appeals, grievances, and inquiries from CalPERS members, regulatory agencies, and CalPERS directly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications, or public policy).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulatory or insurance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $**80,000 - $105,000 per annum**, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
