Patient Access Representative 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative 2 to join our team at the University of Miami. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient registration and financial clearance for clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and verify demographic, financial, and clinical information for patient registration.
- Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify add-on patients and ensure timely registration.
- Verify insurance eligibility and notify patients and referring physicians of any issues.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures, safeguarding University assets.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Bilingual preferred.
