Patient Access Representative 2

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative 2 to join our team at UHealth Kendall. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient registration and financial clearance processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain and verify demographic, financial, and clinical information for patient accounts
- Contact patients' families or physicians' offices to obtain missing insurance information
- Verify insurance eligibility and notify patients and referring physicians of any issues
- Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify add-on patients and obtain necessary authorizations
- Notify patients of liabilities and collect funds
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our system of record
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
- Bilingual preferred; dental front desk experience a plus
