Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Home Store Retail Director and the Home Store Logistics Manager.

Job Status: Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Variable shifts, including some Saturdays.

Location: Various locations within the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

The role entails the safe and efficient transportation of donations and the operation of company vehicles. Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading donations from various locations.
  • Delivering items sold at retail locations to customers.
  • Assisting with the transfer of merchandise between locations.
  • Participating in warehouse sale preparations and events.
  • Maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Acting as an ambassador for Four Seasons in the community.
Essential Duties:
  • Achieving performance goals and demonstrating Four Seasons values.
  • Providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
  • Handling items with care and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies for loading and unloading.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respect for donor property.
  • Assisting with community events and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in driving and loading delivery vehicles is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and reach.
  • Hand dexterity for lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs.
