Job Summary

ECC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the maintenance of Department of Defense (DoD) Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) facilities. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure compliance with health and safety and quality control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project teams, health and safety officers, and quality control officers to prioritize tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in identifying and performing general labor tasks to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of methods and solutions to logistical or operational challenges.
  • Assume the role of team lead to maintain compliance with project work plans, standard operating procedures, and sound field practices.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to implement programs to address complex needs and problems.
  • Ability to coordinate with staff on various task assignments and field activities.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements.
  • Two years of progressively responsible experience on environmental or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and budgeting for large construction projects.
  • DoD POL Fuels construction superintendent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than two years experience with DoD POL Fuels construction projects.
