As a Construction Trainee, you will join our team of experts who share a passion for delivering five-star experiences to our customers. You will work closely with our Installation Manager and Lead Installers to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have access to world-class training programs to help you grow professionally.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Meeting at our warehouse at 6:30AM to gather materials and load company trucks
• Driving to customers' homes, greeting and establishing rapport
• Completing controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area
• Installing new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, updating plumbing as needed
• Showing extreme attention to detail and care for customers' homes by properly cleaning up following installation
• Obtaining necessary signed documents and payment from customers, and returning to the warehouse
