Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in retail leadership is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing 40 pounds or more consistently throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Exhibit a welcoming attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Access to a personal smartphone and adaptability to current technology requirements.
