Insight Global Health is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Mental Health Program Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, coordinating complex clinical operations at a facility that houses individuals detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The successful candidate will have the ability to conduct mental health evaluations, develop behavioral health treatment plans, and provide direct mental health services to detainees with severe mental illnesses (SMI/SMD).

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and a minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working independently without clinical supervision. They must also hold an active LCSW license in the state of Louisiana and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing direct mental health services to detainees. You will also consult with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective management of patients with co-occurring diagnoses.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience implementing and managing a new mental health treatment program and/or a Modified Therapeutic Community treatment model would be highly valued. Additionally, experience working in a detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting would be beneficial.

Benefits
