Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Admissions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract new graduate students
- Schedule and facilitate employer visits and attend graduate college fairs and career fairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, current students, and faculty
- Program Management
- Manage all incoming graduate program data, including student applications, transcripts, and test scores
- Maintain the prospective student database and SLATE student database
- Process student applications, transcripts, and test scores
- Faculty Support
- Facilitate communications between students and faculty
- Proctor exams and coordinate meetings, guest speakers, and events for graduate business programs
- Assist with textbook and supply needs for new adjuncts
- Administrative Tasks
- Process independent student contracts and assist with assessments
- Work with student accounts for billing issues, deferred billing, and employer reimbursements
- Coordinate with the registrar's office, records department, and provost office for graduate student commencement information
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- At least 2 years of administrative experience required
- Knowledge of academic program development, curriculum planning, and admissions procedures preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and coordinate events and program logistics
