Established in California and Idaho, our client is a leading organization seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to drive technological advancements and ensure the reliability of their IT systems. This crucial role plays a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency, security, and strategic objectives alignment.

**Salary:** $95,000 - $105,000 (annually)

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee and align technology resources with strategic objectives, ensuring reliable, secure, and optimized systems support business operations across multiple locations in California and Idaho. On-site support at various locations throughout these states will be frequent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tech Support: Provide prompt troubleshooting and technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems, guaranteeing system integrity and security.
  • System Troubleshooting & Support: Ensure all IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Promptly troubleshoot and provide support for hardware and software issues arising in theatre operations.
  • Network Management: Maintain and optimize network hardware and software to ensure smooth connectivity, high availability, and security across all systems.
  • Data Security: Implement and enforce data security measures, manage backup systems, and conduct regular security audits to protect customer and business information, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, including hardware/software upgrades, system migrations, and technology rollouts across theatre locations. Ensure projects align with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, procedures, and support tickets for future reference and audits.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions and create resources to help users understand and optimize their use of IT systems.
  • Teamwork: Represent the IT perspective on projects and processes, providing technical guidance, training, planning, and support for business stakeholders.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, overseeing service level agreements, and ensuring high-quality service and support.
Key Duties:
  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, access points, MDF/IDF, security cameras, POS systems, etc.
  • Provide daily IT support for theatre operations, including networks, desktops/servers, printers, scanners, touch screens, kiosks, UPS, other IT equipment, and theatre systems, etc.
  • Maintain all IT equipment in good working condition.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/PC operating systems, hardware, software, and apps, printers, etc., and support employee onboard/offboard.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and user access privileges.
  • Build and maintain theatre POS systems and other operational systems and applications as needed.
  • Write SOPs, user documents, provide IT training to end-users.
  • Implement multi-site corporate projects.
  • Other tasks assigned by Operations Manager/Director.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
  • Excellent network skills, including managing IT server rooms, network switches/firewalls.
  • Experienced computer troubleshooting skills (Windows 10/11).
  • Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Nimble and patient with good communication skills.
  • Well-known security camera system experience is preferred.
  • Retail or theatre-related IT support experience is preferred.
