About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Design Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and curious individual to contribute to the design of sustainable infrastructure, water management strategies, and green building design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design site civil systems, including grading, earthwork calculations, road design, drainage, and utility layout
  • Research and interpret technical documents, including codes and regulations
  • Prepare and advance plan set packages through all project phases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver net zero energy and net zero carbon systems, net positive water systems, and resilient coastlines
Requirements
  • 4+ years of industry experience in civil engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Civil and/or Environmental
  • Proficiency in civil design programs (Civil 3D, LDT, Hydro CAD, Flowmasters, StormCAD)
  • Knowledge of graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • AutoCAD proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications or sustainability-oriented accreditation (LEED, PE, etc.)
  • Knowledge of natural systems, green infrastructure, hydrology, GIS principles

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $101,659 to $124,250 per year, based on factors such as skill sets, experience, and location.
