Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Stora Enso, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have orders to place, questions or concerns regarding a product or service. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain solid customer relationships by handling all inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle initial customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products, deliveries, and more.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and European mills, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients, providing prompt and accurate service.
  • Utilize an in-house software program to research and troubleshoot customer needs, ensuring excellence in customer service.
  • Manage order entry within an in-house database, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Contribute to inventory management, including stock replenishment and shipping documentation.
  • Collect accounts receivables and perform special projects that enhance business operations and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit feedback to improve service.
  • Verbal Communication - Speak clearly and persuasively, listen and clarify, and respond well to questions.
  • Written Communication - Write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, and read and interpret written information.
  • Teamwork - Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness, and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese, and write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
  • Knowledge of an inventory software, order processing systems, and word processing software.
