Job Title: Hourly Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Hourly Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising our snack foods to grocery retail and independent chain stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and deliver snack foods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Merchandise products in-store, ensuring optimal display and visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to their needs.
  • Process orders, collect cash, and accurately manage daily inventory.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspections and maintain a clean truck.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
