Route Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for the Hourly Route Sales position, joining our team in Hainesport, NJ. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising Herr's brand snack foods to grocery retail and independent chain stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver Herr's brand snack foods to customers
- Stock and merchandise products in stores
- Progressively increase current customer sales volume
- Build relationships with key decision makers
- Execute company-sponsored promotional programs
- Manage daily accuracy of product inventory
- Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspection
Requirements:
- Able to read, write, understand, and speak English
- Ability to safely drive a step-van delivery truck
- High school diploma or equivalent required
