Position Details:

This role is based in Washington, and the technician should have experience with a diverse range of appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, and ranges. A customer-focused approach is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing timely and high-quality repairs on customer products
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and support
  • Promoting and recommending additional products and services
  • Providing accurate and prompt job reports
  • Maintaining detailed records

  • Utilizing modern technology (computers, tablets, smartphones, internet, etc.) for parts lookup and documentation

  • Managing van stock inventory according to company standards
  • Adhering to the vehicle maintenance schedule and ensuring a clean, organized, and functional service van

Qualifications:
  • CFC/EPA Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential appliance service and refrigeration repair is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers and smartphones for job tracking
  • Mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and testing equipment
  • Ability to perform precise repairs on client products
  • Capability to follow instructions and specific procedures to ensure quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license in Washington State
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Comprehensive understanding of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
