Luxury Service Technician

LUWA Distributing Inc is seeking a skilled Luxury Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service Division, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair for world-class residential appliances.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential refrigeration repair and a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' products
- Maintain high-quality customer service and care
- Promote and sell additional products and services
- Provide accurate and timely job reports
- Maintain accurate notes
- Meet key performance indicators
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
- Use current technology to look up parts and complete paperwork
- Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
- Communicate benefits of LUWA's services to the customer
- Maintain van stock inventory within company guidelines and standards
- Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized, and operating van
- Communicate with fellow technicians and service coordinator about day's activities
Required Qualifications:
- CFC/EPA Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of residential appliance service and repair refrigeration repair experience (a plus)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to use computers and smartphones for tracking jobs
- Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
- Ability to perform accurate repair of client product
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 100lbs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion on material highly sensitive in nature
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of scheduling programs, e-mail, and voice mail
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Familiarity with luxury brands
- Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and clients
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals
- Ability to create, edit, write, and proofread reports and correspondence
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to handle highly complex problems or issues in standard and emergent situations
- Ability to independently manage customer service and office/project workflow
