Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Charter Communications/Spectrum. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic real estate plans, objectives, and budgets that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-range real estate plans, objectives, and budgets
  • Manage individuals, vendors, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement feasibility studies, evaluate viable alternatives, and balance business needs
  • Partner with senior-level management to drive strategic real estate planning initiatives
  • Proactively identify strategies to optimize the real estate portfolio
  • Act as a focal point for real estate planning initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Perform and present cost and feasibility analysis to executive leadership for approval
  • Monitor critical lease dates and collaborate with regional and local business leaders
  • Manage the development and execution of Charter's regional and enterprise-wide real estate solutions
  • Maintain regional and enterprise-wide market intelligence to capitalize on market opportunities and react to time-sensitive projects and business initiatives
  • Manage internal customer relationships to drive win-win requirements
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently
  • Ability to translate and synthesize data and complex information into compelling narrative
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others
  • Ability to develop and implement program and project plans, monitor progress, resource usage, and quality
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate independently and professionally and influence various levels of management
  • Ability to establish rapport, define expectations, and gain commitment to project goals and deliverables
  • Ability to facilitate conflict to reach consensus between conflicting parties
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

6-7 years of experience in Real Estate Portfolio Management and 3+ years of management experience

Working Conditions

Office environment with flexibility to work extended hours and some travel required
