About the Role

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) JPEO-CBRND Medical Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, editing, and reviewing regulatory documentation to support technical study reports, regulatory submissions, and journal publications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Assistant Program Managers and Functional Leads to create high-quality regulatory documentation.
  • Work with management support staff to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for leadership approval.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational documents.
  • Design and implement multimedia projects, including training programs, templates, and style guides.
  • Research and write award nominations and other recognition materials.
  • Produce a monthly internal newsletter to introduce new staff and share company news.
  • Develop original content, including articles, social media posts, executive summaries, and situational reports.
  • Edit technical documents and briefings for formatting and technical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition and regulatory documentation.
  • Valid Driver's License to support special events and programs.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
