About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Asbury Communities. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting and analyzing various activities and initiatives related to business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Systems Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our financial systems, including our ERP, budgeting/forecasting system, business analytics, and paperless accounts payable.
  • Business Analytics: Develop and implement business analytics solutions using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Quicksight to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • System Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate and implement new financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Metadata and Master Data Governance: Work with stakeholders to standardize metadata and master data across systems and promote Master Data Governance.
  • Education and Support: Provide end-user education and support for financial systems and tools, and develop communications to inform and educate users about features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems, with a minimum of 3 years working with an ERP.
  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Financial Report Writer, Workflows, and Saved Searches.
  • Experience implementing and building business analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance/Accounting, or a relevant field.
