About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Silver Ridge Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with licensed nurses to provide treatments and procedures as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and promote a culture of safety
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to residents and their loved ones
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Current CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care/memory care experience
