Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support with ambulation and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.
- Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality of resident care information.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a healthy practice and living environment.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to residents and their loved ones.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Current CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care/memory care experience.
