Position Overview:
The Lead Financial Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will play a crucial role within the Accounting department. This position requires collaboration with both the accounting and finance teams.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with various organizational levels. They should possess the ability to foster trust, influence others, and work effectively across different teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries to document inter/intra company transactions
  • Generate journal entries for monthly and ad hoc accruals
  • Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Assist with inter/intra company reconciliations
  • Support audit inquiries
  • Maintain internal controls and documentation
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Proven experience in preparing account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including month-end closing
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL is advantageous)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
