Helpdesk/Desktop Administrator Specialist

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk/Desktop Administrator to join our team in Fairfax, VA. As a member of our award-winning organization, you will work with talented professionals in the GovCon industry.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves providing top-notch support for our multi-site environment, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Windows operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, cloud and network-based services, and telecommunications. You will ensure all work is done in compliance with ISO 20000 and 27000 management systems. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining IT procedural and system documentation, assisting with the planning, migration, and integration of critical business systems and applications, and supporting laptop and mobile device support, Microsoft O365 account maintenance, build and load Windows operating systems, removes or updates user account information, resets passwords, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience supporting corporate IT environments, preferably with processes, change management, and a ticketing system. Experience with Microsoft Azure GCC High and Office365 is essential. A strong background in systems administration, including responsibility for the operation of User account creation in Azure, installation of workstation operating system and application software, Active Directory, Dynamic Groups, utilities, and SharePoint experience are highly valued. Documenting processes and creating and maintaining operating procedures experience is also required. Additionally, you should be familiar with Dell laptops, Dell maintenance, and support tickets. The ability to obtain a security clearance is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong preference is given to candidates with Dell laptop hardware experience, imaging, staging, and deployment, as well as Microsoft Azure GCC High and M365 Administration, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Formerly Intune) Experience, and Technical certifications Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator. Knowledge of ISO 20000 or ISO 27000 standards is also beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
