Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is a leading provider of child development and early education services in Northern Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. We serve close to 50,000 parents, children, and child care providers each month.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Education Program Director to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires minimal supervision and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and Supervision of Staff (60%): Ensure the delivery of high-quality education services to children enrolled in CCRC directly operated early education child care centers.
  • Compliance & On-going Monitoring (40%): Interpret Federal and State regulations and policies, develop and implement staff development plans, and oversee the Learning Environments and ongoing monitoring to ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Family Consumer Sciences, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with direct experience running a center or education program and supervising staff who work with preschool-age children.
  • A Site Supervisor Permit or above based on the California Teacher Credential (CTC) Matrix.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,408.94, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
