Our Counter Sales personnel serve as the approachable experts, well-versed in our product offerings, ready to address customer inquiries, and efficiently prepare orders to ensure timely service. We are thrilled to assist our clients with dynamic and skilled individuals like you.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships while delivering exceptional service to all clients.
  • Processing customer orders, retrieving items, and managing billing accurately.
  • Addressing customer warranty claims and processing returns.
  • Helping customers load products into their vehicles when necessary.
  • Entering sales orders accurately into our Sales Order Entry System.
  • Restocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and maintaining product displays.
  • Participating in inventory management activities.
Candidate Qualifications

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn our inventory management software.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to engage professionally with a diverse range of customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Able to lift and manage items weighing up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
