- Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with a strong background in repair and replacement of equipment components.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including power trains, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Certifications: Possession of a valid TWIC card and a valid US driver's license.
