Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of social workers and interns.
- Develop and implement clinical case management plans to support individuals 65+ and their families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify program development opportunities and implement new initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor social workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree from an accredited School of Social Work, State Licensure, LCSW.
- Minimum of 6 years post-MSW experience in providing services to an aging population, with a strong background in clinical case management and supervision.
- Strong assessment, clinical case management, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the entertainment and performing arts community.
- Strong knowledge of benefit programs and services for older adults.
