Clinical Social Work Supervisor

Urban Resource Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, the Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to Case Managers and Housing Specialists, as well as providing direct treatment services and referrals as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to Case Managers and Housing Specialists through case analysis, service planning, and supervisory process.
- Administer services for necessary treatment, including mental health assessments and referrals.
- Coordinate staff training, meetings, supervision, and ensure opportunities for professional development.
- Attend consortium meetings to discuss issues related to service delivery.
- Evaluate mental health status for residents on admission and ensure completion of intake assessments.
- Develop and facilitate group meetings, monitor resident records for compliance, and ensure best practices.
- Function independently in times of facility coverage, including responsibility for crisis situations.
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision with the Director.
- Assist with reports and program evaluation, and assist with overlapping needs of children and residents.
- Reviews progress notes, service plans, and ensures compliance with DHS reporting requirements.
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a Licensed Social Work degree.
- Five years of experience working with homeless individuals and their dependent children.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and experience with homeless families, including individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
- Familiarity with DHS regulations and DHS Cares Reporting.
- Experience with supportive group facilitation and assessing vocational and educational needs.
