Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished RN with extensive experience as a First Assistant. Key responsibilities include:

    • Mastery of surgical procedures, encompassing da Vinci Robot (SI), orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery
    • Critical assessment of patient condition and monitoring of vital signs, ensuring comprehensive pre- and post-operative care
    • Preparation and maintenance of the Operating Room environment, guaranteeing optimal sterile conditions
    • Skillful transfer of medical instruments to surgeons during complex operations
    • In-depth chart review for completeness according to documentation protocols before and after surgeries
    • Ongoing communication with patients, colleagues, and physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care
  • Obtaining Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment commencement
  • Possession of Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting work
  • Achieving Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 90 days of taking up the position
  • Proven track record as a Registered Nurse with Associate Degree and certifications such as CRNFA, CFA, or CFA
