Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team as Private Duty Nurses. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience
